DELIVERY
For a courier quote, please send me a message with your full postcode, before you buy - the cost will vary, depending on your location.
I work with several specialist couriers, whom I trust fully with my furniture, and my customers! They work to specific routes across the UK, so a degree of flexibility with delivery dates and times will be required. They will keep you fully informed with a time slot in advance and a more accurate ETA on your delivery day. Assistance may be required with lifting.
Alternatively, but entirely at your own risk, you are welcome to arrange your own collection from me in Brighton.

RETRO
My items are very carefully restored and restyled, with every attention to detail. But remember, they are hand-finished, preloved vintage pieces - please expect characterful imperfections and not a factory modern finish.

CARING FOR YOUR PIECE
I prefer to use Fusion Mineral Paint where possible, a specialist furniture paint with an environmentally conscious formulation and virtually zero VOCs. It has a highly durable and wipeable finish - but as with any hand painted/refinished item, it will be important to treat your piece with extra care, to keep it looking lovely for years to come. Painted surfaces can be used gently after only 48 hours of drying time, however the paint will usually take a further three weeks to fully cure - during this time, heavier items should not be placed on top. Always ensure any items placed on to the surfaces are clean and not sticky underneath, use mats and coasters where possible and wipe away any spillages immediately with a soft cloth. Use a soft cloth to dust (dampen with clean water if necessary).

Please note, I cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your piece, once it is in your care.
