This shapely credenza has received a stylish and sophisticated makeover, with strokeably smooth matt black surfaces and plush leather and brass pulls. It is a beautifully crafted piece with elegant lines and curves - when it arrived with me it had two missing drawers which have been replaced with a new solid teak fixed panel, so it is also now entirely unique! Please read on for details 🖤.
I chose to leave the interior as it has always been, and simply clean and oil the gorgeous natural teak. The cupboard to the left has a fabulous arrangement with two curved and felt-lined shelves (I expect originally for bottles and glasses).

I work with several specialist couriers, whom I trust fully with my furniture, and my customers! They work to specific routes across the UK, so a degree of flexibility with delivery dates and times will be required. They will keep you fully informed with a time slot in advance and a more accurate ETA on your delivery day. Assistance may be required with lifting.
Alternatively, but entirely at your own risk, you are welcome to arrange your own courier collection from me in Brighton.
My items are carefully restored with every attention to detail. But remember, they are hand-finished preloved vintage pieces, so please expect 'quirks' and characterful imperfections.
Two drawers were missing from this piece when it came in to my care - they have been replaced with a solid teak panel, with a curved lip at the top edge. Please note, this panel is fixed in place with a void behind - it is for aesthetic purposes only and does not open. Whilst it looks as though it has always been there, the piece has been fairly priced to reflect this alteration. The remaining drawer runs smoothly - there are cutlery dividers on the left side and the original felt lining remains in reasonable condition underneath. The cupboards to the left and right are in lovely vintage condition inside.
Any exterior imperfections are minor, and do not detract from the overall aesthetic.
CARING FOR YOUR PIECE
This piece has been refinished using Fusion Mineral Paint, a specialist furniture paint with an environmentally conscious formulation and virtually zero VOCs. It has a highly durable and wipeable finish - but as with any hand painted/refinished item, it will be important to treat your piece with extra care, to keep it looking its best for years to come. Painted surfaces can be used gently after only 48 hours of drying time, however the paint will usually take a further three weeks to fully cure - during this time, heavier items should not be placed on top. Always ensure any items placed on to the surfaces are clean and not sticky underneath, use mats and coasters where possible and wipe away any spillages immediately with a soft cloth. Use a soft cloth to dust (dampen with clean water if necessary).
Please note, I cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your piece, once it is in your care.
