1970's G Plan Fresco, reimagined using a truly stunning print, 'Bardot' in Electric Blue, by surface pattern design studio Surfacephilia. A whimsical pattern, 'inspired by nostalgic exotic travels and balmy Casbah nights' - a misty medley of dark inky blues and teals, overlaid with scattered stars. It is produced in a continuous design with no pattern match, so no two pieces dressed up in this gorgeous print will ever be the same. Wrapped in Coal Black Fusion Mineral Paint and finished with copper-coloured hairpins, this dreamy, one-of-a-kind statement piece will bring a touch of magic to your home.
For a courier quote, please send me a message with your full postcode, before you buy. Courier costs vary, depending on the size of the piece and delivery location. Alternatively, (at your own risk), you are welcome to arrange your own courier collection from me in Brighton.
• Covid update:
Deliveries are currently permitted and courier companies are still operating, working to strict Government and public health guidelines, which will mean that they can only deliver to your doorstep, driveway or the pavement outside your home (having collected from me in the same way). If you are unable to or would rather not accept deliveries at this time, I would be more than happy to store your piece until current restrictions have been lifted and it is safer to do so. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like to talk any of this through further •
My items are very carefully restored and restyled, with every attention to detail. But remember, they are hand-painted pre-loved vintage pieces, so please expect characterful imperfections and not a modern factory finish.
CARING FOR YOUR PIECE
As with any painted/refinished item, it will be important to treat your piece with extra care, to keep it looking fabulous for years to come.
Painted surfaces can be used gently after only 48 hours of drying time, however please allow a period of 21 days for the paint to fully cure, before placing heavier items on top.
Ensure any items placed on to the surfaces are clean and not sticky underneath, and use mats and coasters where possible.
Use a soft cloth to dust, or dampen a soft cloth to clean.
The decoupage design to the drawer fronts has been sealed with a high quality acrylic decorator's varnish for protection, and may also be wiped clean with a soft cloth (E Cloth or similar).
Please note, I cannot except responsibility for any damage caused to your piece, once it is in your care.
