This gorgeous drawer set was produced by E Gomme in the early 1950's as part of the G Plan Brandon range, and finished to exacting standards in light oak veneer with solid oak edges, handles and legs. Restyled with surfaces in Farrow & Ball Manor House Gray Estate Eggshell and decoupage to the drawer fronts featuring a grey brushstroke spot design from House by John Lewis, overlaid with layers of diamond hard matt varnish for protection. A super-cute, versatile piece, equally suited to a bedroom, nursery, hallway, playroom or living space.
I would love to home this piece together with the matching cabinet in photo 5 - full details in separate listing 🖤.

My items are all carefully refinished, with every attention to detail. But remember, they are hand-painted pre-loved vintage pieces, so please expect characterful imperfections rather than a modern factory finish. Externally, this piece was in a sorry state when I found it (do get in touch for a before pic!), however it has refurbished beautifully. The surfaces have been stripped back, damaged veneer repaired, and the top and sides have been primed, undercoated and painted to achieve a lovely smooth finish with the pattern of the wood grain peeping through. The drawers run well and are in great condition inside, having been thoroughly cleaned and re-oiled. The legs have been sanded back and revarnished. If you have any questions at all regarding the condition of this piece, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
